My Story

People often ask what inspired me to become a doula, and the truth is, there isn't just one answer.

Motherhood has been the greatest privilege of my life. Every chapter has left its mark on my heart in ways I never could have imagined. Through joy, loss, hope, and healing, I've come to understand just how deeply pregnancy and birth stay with us. Like many families, my path to motherhood hasn't been a straightforward one. I lost my very first baby at 32 weeks, and later another baby at 16 weeks. Those losses forever changed the way I viewed pregnancy, birth, and the kind of care I believe every family deserves.

When I became pregnant again, joy, hope, and fear all existed together. Pregnancy after loss taught me that those emotions don't compete with one another.. they often live side by side. More than anything, I longed for my fears to be acknowledged instead of dismissed as "just overthinking." I needed space for those emotions to exist without feeling like I had to explain or justify them. As my family continued to grow, I also found myself looking back on some of my own birth experiences through a different lens. I realized there had been moments when I felt like I was simply along for the ride. I didn't know I could ask more questions, take more time to make decisions, or even say no when something didn't feel right. I wish I'd known how much my voice mattered.

Those experiences taught me something I didn't understand at the time: I wasn't searching for perfection. I was searching for connection. Connection that helped me feel supported through every high, low, and unknown.

That's why I became a doula.

I can't rewrite my own story, but I can be the steady, compassionate presence I once needed. My hope is that every family I support feels informed enough to make decisions with confidence and cared for every step of the way..
whatever their story may hold.

And that's where Forevermore began....

At the Root of it All

If there's one thing I hope you take away from my story, it's this:
every family deserves care that meets them exactly where they are.

Pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood can feel exciting, tender, hopeful, overwhelming.. or sometimes all of those things at once. However your journey has unfolded,
there's space for you here.

Everything I do is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based education. My role isn't to tell you what your birth should look like. It's to help you discover what feels right for you while offering gentle guidance, encouragement, and a calm presence along the way.

At the heart of Forevermore is connection.

I believe the best kind of support comes from having someone in your corner; someone who truly listens, understands that no two stories are the same, and walks beside you through both the hard and beautiful parts of this experience. Someone who can hold space without judgment, bring calm to uncertain moments, and gently help you reconnect with your own strength when you need it most.

My hope is that when you look back on this chapter, what you'll remember most won't be the details of your birth. It'll be how you felt. Supported. Heard. Seen. That you'll trust yourself a little more, feel proud of the way you navigated your journey, and know you never had to carry it alone.
