Birth Doula Services

Every family deserves support that meets them exactly where they are.

Choosing the right support is an important decision, and I want it to feel simple. Below you'll find two birth doula packages, each thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. While both provide compassionate, evidence-based care, the Iris Package offers additional support for families navigating pregnancy after loss. Take your time exploring each option, and if you have questions or aren't sure which package is the best fit, I'd love to chat and help you decide. Flexible payment plans are available for both packages.

Ready, Set, Nest

The nesting instinct is real...
but where do you even start?

Baby is on the way, the to-do list keeps growing, and suddenly every room feels like a project.

This hands-on session helps turn that growing list into a plan, bringing practical support, fresh perspective, and a little more breathing room before your little one arrives.

Pregnancy already comes with enough
late-night Googling

Here are answers to some of my most commonly asked questions.

What is a doula?

A doula is part emotional support, part birth nerd, and part “I’ve got you” energy through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to provide evidence-based information, comfort measures, reassurance, advocacy, and steady support throughout the experience - helping you feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

While doulas are not medical professionals and do not perform clinical tasks or make medical decisions, we are there to support you emotionally, physically, and informationally throughout your journey.

Will hiring a doula replace my partner’s role during birth?

Not at all. A doula works alongside your partner to support both of you throughout the birth experience. While I provide guidance and practical help during labour, your partner brings the intimate, personal connection that only they can. Together, we work as a team to help you feel held throughout your birth. In fact, many partners find that having a doula actually allows them to be more present and involved without the pressure of trying to remember every breathing technique, hip squeeze, and hospital bag item all at once.

When should I book my doula?

Most families tend to book sometime during the second trimester, but there’s really no “perfect” timeline. Some people reach out in the first trimester to allow more time to connect and build support throughout pregnancy, while others find me in the third trimester after realizing they’d actually really love an extra layer of support during birth and postpartum (usually somewhere between the “oh wow this is getting real” phase and the hospital bag packing phase).

What makes pregnancy after loss (PAL) support different?

Pregnancy after loss often comes with extra layers emotionally, even joyful moments can feel complicated sometimes. Appointments, milestones, labour, postpartum, and even “normal” parts of pregnancy can carry anxiety, fear, grief, or a need for extra reassurance in ways others may not fully understand.

Created through both professional training and lived experience as a loss mom, my PAL support is intentionally designed to offer the kind of care, understanding, and gentleness many families are quietly searching for during a pregnancy after loss.

I love the idea of a doula, but it feels like a big investment.
Do you have suggestions?

I completely understand - preparing for a baby comes with a lot of expenses, and investing in support for yourself can feel hard to justify sometimes. When I was a pregnant young mom, I remember feeling like doula support was something I would have deeply benefited from, but simply couldn’t afford at the time. Because of that, accessibility matters deeply to me, and I truly believe everyone deserves supportive care if they want it.

Payment plans are available, and many families also add doula support to their registry or ask loved ones to contribute in place of additional gifts. And honestly, if finances are the main thing holding you back, I still encourage you to reach out! Sometimes we can find an option that feels a little more manageable together.
